A ritual to enshrine a portrait of King Taejo Lee Seong-gye, who founded Joseon in Jeonju, North Jeolla Province, will be reproduced.

This is an event that proved the process of bringing back the Taejo Eojin to Seoul to simulate the founder of Jeonju Gyeonggijeon.

There is an issue reporter on the scene. Reporter Seo Jihyun!

Eojin, a portrait of King Taejo, is stored there?

[Reporter]
Yes, it is.

I'm in Eojin Museum right now.

Eojin Museum is a museum built to permanently store the eojin and relics of King Taejo enshrined in Gyeonggijeon.

Eojin means a portrait of a king, and there are six more Eojin on display here in addition to Taejo's Eojin.

You can look at almost everything about Eojin here.

Each moment of drawing, worshiping, and protecting the eojin, such as the history of the royal court's eojin and the kiln used by the head of the eojin enshrinement, is on display.

There are also various realistic contents related to eojin.

In addition to presenting the simulation process of eojin as a time lapse using high-resolution immersive realistic media,
There is also a 'Making My Own Eojin' using
facial recognition AI, so anyone can experience eojin realistically.

In particular, Eojin of Taejo Lee Seong-gye, the founder of Joseon, is the only version of the "Eojin" stored in the Eojin Museum here out of the total 26 pieces produced.

In 1872, the old and sunken Jinbon Eojin was washed with water and buried in the back of the game, and eight new painters copied it and brought him here.

It is a replica of 1872, but it not only contains the eungjin production technique of the early Joseon Dynasty, but also brilliantly digests the most indescribable front image among portraits.

The exhibition of Taejo Eojin Jinbon, designated as a national treasure of Korea, will run from October 29 to November 12.

Also, from 1:30 p.m. today, an event will be held to recreate the process of the enshrinement of Taejo Eojin.

Starting with the march ceremony to announce the departure of the procession at Nosong Square in front of Jeonju City Hall, you will go through Chung-gil and Pungnammun intersection to Gyeonggijeon.

Jeonju, a tourist hub city, will conduct traffic control on the section until 3:15 p.m. today for the event.

Why don't you spend a meaningful time enjoying the autumnal atmosphere and reflecting on historical values and meanings here, the main building of the Joseon Dynasty?
