Gimhae Waste Battery Disposal Plant Fire...Evolve in 5 hours and a half.

A fire broke out at a waste battery treatment plant in Hallim-myeon, Gimhae-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, at around 9:40 last night (19th).

The fire caused an estimated 120 million won in property damage to the fire, including one person who fell and injured his ankle while evacuating from the factory, 398 square meters of one building and 50 tons of waste batteries.

The fire department once issued the first stage of response, mobilizing both the personnel and equipment of the competent fire department.

The fire department, which extinguished all the fires in five and a half hours, plans to investigate the exact cause of the fire.
