Kim Min-seok, a supreme council member of the Democratic Party of Korea, argued that the dialogue between Han Ki-ho, a member of the People's Power, and Shin Won-sik, a presidential security office chief, is not a dialogue between private individuals, but an emergency time, saying that it is a preliminary plot to attract foreign exchange under the criminal law.
