Yesterday, local time, a special race was held in Belgium.

This is a pumpkin, not a boat, that the participants are riding!

The competition involves digging out the stuffing of giant pumpkins ranging from 300kg to 500kg and then racing on a boat instead.

It was created to find other uses for pumpkins.

The dug pumpkin seeds are stored separately, and the remaining pumpkin pears are used as fertilizers!
