There was something to explode in the end. Group New Jeans announced its separation from Adore until an emergency press conference. Newzins explains that it will terminate the exclusive contract at midnight on the 29th, two weeks after sending the certificate of contents to Adore on the 13th.

Newzins held an emergency press conference on the termination of its exclusive contract at 8:30 p.m. on the 28th at somewhere in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The members insisted on terminating the contract from midnight on the 29th due to the failure of Adore's correction request, and expressed their willingness to keep the team name "Newzins" without penalty.

It also claimed that the termination would be possible without legal procedures, and expressed its desire to work with former CEO Min Hee-jin in the future. This seems to be the result of various complaints suffered by Newzins amid the conflict between Odor and parent company Hive.

In particular, Newzins responded to the proof of content received from Adore, saying, "It's just an act of showing, and none of our requests for correction have been made. Didn't he take any action?" he said, emphasizing the lackluster response of Odor.

NEUJIN'S SIDE: "Hive PR member has made remarks deliberately downplaying NEUJIN's performance. Adore responded tepidly to this and did not protect the artist."

Adore: "In response to the Hive PR member's comments, we immediately called on Hive to take caution and exclude PR work, which Hive accepted."

Issue 3. Suspicion of pushing back the album.

Newszins: "Dore responded passively to the alleged pushback of the album and failed to resolve the suspicions."

Odor: "Hive confirmed that the alleged pushback of the record was not true through a full investigation and verification by an external accounting firm."

Issue 4. "Ignore" remarks by other label managers

NEUJINS: "Despite the eyelet manager's 'ignore' comments to NEUJINS Hany, the artist's reputation has been defamed for not actively responding."

Odor said: "We did our best to confirm the facts, but we did not confirm the remarks. Nevertheless, we complained to the label and offered arbitration action, but it was rejected."

Issue 5. Unauthorized disclosure of artist photos and videos

NEUJINS: "Dore's complacent handling has infringed on the artist's right to portrait after photos and videos of NEUJINS as a trainee were released without permission."

On the side of Odor: "We have completed the deletion action immediately, and we have appointed a specialized law firm and hired a takedown operator to prevent further leakage."

Issue 6. Dispute with Director Shin Woo-seok

Newzins: "The artist's creation was damaged by Dorr's arbitrary decision during his dispute with director Shin Woo-suk."

Odor: "We only asked the dolphin kidnapping team to stop posting the video of 'ETA Director's Cut', and the deletion of the video of the Ban Hee-soo channel was carried out by director Shin Woo-seok."

Issue 7. Lack of guarantee of activities for Newzins

NEUJINS: "Door's passive support has constrained NEUJINS' activities."

As such, both Newzins and Adore show distinct differences in positions on each issue. In particular, the emotional goal that began with the lack of communication seems to be a key factor that aggravated the conflict. Attention is focusing on how the battle between Newzins, who declared himself the body of freedom, and Adore, who has to prevent it, will end.
