One in four athletes with disabilities nationwide has experienced human rights violations.
According to a survey of disabled athletes released by the Sports Ethics Center, 27% of the survey subjects said they experienced human rights violations.
As for human rights violations experienced by disabled athletes, "unfair experiences" were the most common at 14.3%, followed by restrictions on movement and access rights, bullying, and material demands.
In addition, 39.1% of athletes witnessed human rights violations.
Nearly half of the athletes who experienced human rights violations answered that they did not respond.
