The Korean Bar Association has claimed that the investigation is inevitable due to rebellion and other crimes against President Yoon Suk Yeol's declaration of emergency martial law.
Kim Young-hoon, chairman of the Korean Bar Association, said at an emergency press conference today (4th), "At the time of martial law, the military and police broke through the window with a firearm loaded with live ammunition in the National Assembly," and pointed out that even the president is a crime that is bound to be investigated.
Regarding the opposition's submission of the presidential impeachment bill to the National Assembly, he added that the vacancy of the three constitutional judges should be filled quickly as it is an emergency.
