The aftermath of the declaration of emergency martial law immediately led to the judicial sphere.

Complaints and charges have poured into each investigative agency to investigate the president of Yoon Suk Yeol and other people in charge of rebellion.

After a tense night of emergency martial law, the opposition party called for an investigation into "insurrection" both inside and outside the floor.

As well as the Democratic Party of Korea, which led the National Assembly's resolution to lift martial law as a majority party,

[Cho Seung-rae / Senior Spokesperson for the Democratic Party of Korea: President Moon Yoon Suk Yeol, Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun, and Minister Lee Sang-min will be accused of rebellion and will pursue impeachment.]

The New Reform Party, the three out-of-house progressive parties that participated in the impeachment motion also filed a complaint with the prosecution against those responsible for the martial law crisis, including the president of Yoon Suk Yeol.

However, yesterday's martial law without any reason is a violation of the Constitution and a clear act of rebellion.

The Cho Kuk Innovation Party filed a complaint with the National Police Agency's National Investigation Headquarters by applying charges of rebellion to the civil war,

A civil organization complaint was submitted to the high-ranking government official's criminal investigation office to investigate President Yoon and Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun on charges of rebellion and abuse of authority.

In the case of rebellion, the president's privilege to remove fluoride is not applied, so it is considered the core of the investigation, but the investigation subject is not a clearly defined crime, but a similar case has been filed with various agencies.

The prosecution has first started reviewing the law, and attention is focused on future movements from the agency that will lead the investigation to the point in time.
