He criticized the president of Yoon Suk Yeol as a "conservative traitor who divided conservatives and undermined the constitutional order," arguing for the need to impeach the president.
Rep. Kim refuted the "Democratic Party Chairman Lee Jae-myung's blocking of the presidential election," which is suggested as the main logic against impeachment within the ruling party, saying, "It is the final issue for the people to choose."
"The president of Yoon Suk Yeol is not normal, and the country must stop immediately before it falls into further chaos," it said.
He has called for his participation in impeachment, arguing that his protests are having a psychological impact on ruling party lawmakers.
The National Assembly will hold a plenary session at 4 p.m. today and vote on the impeachment motion of President Yoon Suk Yeol.
In order for the impeachment motion to be passed, 200 lawmakers, or more than two-thirds of the lawmakers, must approve it.
