70% of Japanese "concerned about Korea-Japan relations due to confusion in Korea"

About 70% of Japanese people are concerned about the impact of Korea's chaotic political situation on Korea-Japan relations.

In a telephone poll of 1,56 voters nationwide (based on effective respondents) conducted by Kyodo News from the 14th to the 15th, 73.4% said they were "concerned."

A telephone poll of 2,45, conducted by the Mainichi Shimbun, also found that 66% of the respondents said they were "feeling anxious."

Mainichi said the higher the age group, the higher the percentage of respondents who said they felt "anxiety."

The approval rating of Shigeru Ishiba's cabinet, which was launched in October, fell slightly and remained in the 30% range.
