Russian airstrikes in northeastern and south-central Ukraine with missiles have caused damage to civilian facilities, Ukraine's air force says.
From the night of the 18th to the early morning of the 19th local time, missiles fell in the regions of Sumy and Dnipropetrovsk in northeastern Ukraine.
The airstrike destroyed nine houses in Sumy and caused damage to apartments, hospitals and schools in Dnipropetrowsk.
The Ukrainian Air Force explained that Russian forces used two tactical ballistic missiles, Iskander-M, and guided missiles Kh-59 and Kh-69.
There were also airstrikes involving 85 drones, but most were shot down or failed to reach their targets, it added.
