The Korea Communications Commission has opened a window to report damage or complaints caused by artificial intelligence services.

The Korea Communications Commission announced that it will operate the "Online Damage 365 Center Homepage" with the Korea Information and Communication Promotion Association to report AI service users' damage.

Types of damage include digital sex crimes using synthetic technology, cyber financial crimes, and unauthorized collection of personal information.

In addition, it is possible to report cases in which low-quality services are provided due to lack of AI learning data, causing damage or defamation due to false information.

You can also receive counseling on the procedure for reporting damage through the 365 Center phone or Kakao Talk channel before reporting damage.

The Korea Communications Commission plans to reflect such accumulated cases of damage and complaints in AI service user protection policies and systems in the future.
