[Capture News] US, China Targets 'Warning'...All-out war at the United Nations over AI control

U.N. Secretary-General António Guterres stressed at the Security Council the need for international safeguards to manage the rapid development of artificial intelligence and AI.

Regarding AI abuse, the four blame battles continued, as fierce as the diplomatic war in Ukraine.

The remarks are aimed at Russia as well as China at a time when the U.S.-China conflict has intensified after a Chinese man accused of running a secret Chinese police station in New York pleaded guilty.

South Korea pointed out that North Korea is exploiting AI to raise funds to create weapons of mass destruction.

Russia hit back, saying the U.S. is trying to dominate other countries through AI.

China indirectly criticized the United States and South Korea, saying AI should not be monopolized to a small number of countries.

Although the UN Security Council generally agreed to ban AI weapons, it has been confirmed that only Korea, the U.S., Japan and China differ significantly in creating AI-related rules and systems.
