The police investigating the emergency martial law situation have completed an investigation into all the participants of the so-called "hamburger meeting" that pre-mocked martial law.
Police investigations are expanding as not only former and current intelligence officers but also the head of the Army Armored Brigade were found to have participated in the meeting.

On the 1st and 3rd, just before the emergency martial law was declared, former intelligence commander Roh Sang-won called former and current soldiers to a hamburger restaurant in Ansan.
It's the so-called 'hamburger meeting'.
The meeting reportedly discussed specific plans, including the intelligence command's control of the National Assembly and the selection committee and the deployment of the North Korean task force, and police have completed investigations into all military officials who attended the recent meeting.
A police official explained that all participants were investigated as reference persons, and that there were no additional people booked so far, but there could be changes.
In particular, the head of the 9th Army's 2nd Armored Brigade, who visited the Pangyo office of the intelligence officer on the day of martial law, was also identified as a participant in the hamburger meeting and was investigated. The commander of the
brigade has insisted that he did not know martial law in advance, even though he said he was right to go to the intelligence office under the direction of former commander Roh, but the possibility that this claim is not true has increased.
So far, three people have been arrested by the police in connection with the hamburger meeting, including former commander Roh, intelligence commander Moon Sang-ho, and a retired colonel identified by his surname Kim, a former military police officer.
The hamburger meeting, originally known as a group of former and current intelligence agents, appears to be growing in size as it turns out that investigation experts and armoured unit commanders participated.
As some suspected that former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun and former Commander Roh tried to form an investigative organization within the martial law command centered on the former brigade commander, the police are reconstructing the specific actions of the participants based on the investigation.
