The refund dispute has been repeated again this year as there have been so many people waiting in line since 3 a.m. in the cold of minus 22 degrees Celsius.

On the first day of the Ice and Snow Festival in Harbin, northeast China, more than 40,000 people gathered.

In particular, the line was lined up from 3 a.m. in the cold of minus 22°C to ride the 521m ice slide.

The original opening time was 10 a.m., but we eventually had to allow entry from 7:30 a.m.

After waiting six or seven hours, when their turn doesn't come, people who are tired of the cold start shouting for refunds.
