Park said at a policy coordination meeting that the nomination of constitutional judges as soon as possible and the formation of a full nine-member body is the beginning of the normalization of the Republic of Korea.
He then pointed out that not appointing a constitutional judge is a clear unconstitutional act, and that it is an anti-state act that will not end the December 3 civil war as soon as possible.
