Wreaths of cheer were placed in front of the detention center where former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun, who was arrested on charges of rebellion by leading emergency martial law, is imprisoned.
The wreaths lined up along the fence of the Eastern Detention Center in Seoul have phrases defending emergency martial law as a high-level political act or praising former Minister Kim as a "hero of the rescue."
The people who sent the wreath are conservative groups or the alumni association of the Korean Military Academy.
