As "Honey rice cake cereal," which is poured milk into honey rice cakes overseas, has recently become popular, SPC Samlip is pushing for honey rice cake exports.

Samlip said it is considering exporting honey cakes made of domestic rice to the United States, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East with the aim of the first half of next year.

An official from Samlip explained that it has diversified its items to rice cakes due to the growing popularity of K-desserts in overseas markets, and that next year's exports will be expanded by more than 20% from this year.
