Lee Jae-myung, chairman of the Democratic Party of Korea, said that the "12.3 Civil War" that has plunged the Republic of Korea into a nightmare is not over yet, and that he will impeach Prime Minister Han Deok-soo according to the people's order.

In a statement released ahead of the National Assembly plenary session to vote on Prime Minister Han's impeachment, Lee said that the so-called "insurrection forces" chose a rebellion rather than reflection and apology.

He then insisted that he is not hesitating to provoke the "insurrection mob" to return to his job by delaying the formation of a constitutional institution, destroying the constitutional order, and continuing another act of national constitutional disorder.

Representative Lee emphasized that the suppression of civil war is the only ground task of the Republic of Korea at this moment, and that he will end the "Night of Civil War" with the people and open the "Morning of Hope."
