North Korea declared its "hard-line strategy for responding to the U.S." at a year-end plenary session held ahead of the launch of the second Donald Trump administration.
The Korean Central News Agency reported that the announcement was made at the expanded meeting of the 8th 11th plenary session held at the headquarters of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea from the 23rd to the 27th, with Chairman Kim Jong-un attending.
However, it did not disclose the details of the 'hardest response strategy to the United States'.
In a speech to the plenary session, Chairman Kim said that the United States is the most reactionary national entity that makes anti-communism an unwavering national policy, and that the Republic of Korea has become a thorough anti-communist outpost of the United States.
He also emphasized the need to thoroughly prepare the People's Army as a revolutionary party force that is infinitely faithful to the leadership of the Party and a strong force of thought and technology.
