Jeju Air said it has dispatched a family support team of 260 passengers to the scene in connection with the plane crash.
Song Kyung-hoon, head of Jeju Air's management support division, said at the second briefing held today (29th) in Mayfield, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, that a separate investigation team will be sent for a post-mortem investigation in addition to the passenger's family support team.
He also explained that he will do his best to ensure that there is no shortage of victim support based on about $1 billion in liability insurance.
He added that he will also faithfully provide support to customers who want to change or cancel their Jeju Air reservations.
However, regarding the cause of the accident and the situation at the time, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport avoided immediate answers, saying that the investigation was a priority.We have distanced ourselves from the possibility of faulty
