The criminal trial of Kwon Do-hyung, a key figure in the cryptocurrency 'Terra and Luna' crash, will be held in earnest only a year later due to extensive data review.
But the head-to-head battle with the federal district attorney in southern New York, dubbed the Wall Street Grim Reaper, is already raging.

The U.S. federal court in Manhattan is in charge of the trial of Kwon Do-hyung, who triggered a $40 billion virtual asset crash.Mr.
is accused of deceiving more than one million investors in connection with TerraUSD, a cryptocurrency, and causing losses worth as much as 58 trillion won.

If all nine charges are found guilty, the maximum sentence is expected to be 130 years.
The U.S. Department of Justice brought Kwon to the U.S., who wanted to go to Korea, where the maximum sentence for economic criminals is about 40 years, but the criminal trial is expected to take place in earnest next year.
New York's Southern Federal Court said in its first pre-trial consultation that it would start the main trial schedule on Jan. 26 next year.He also instructed Kwon to consider moving up the trial schedule, citing the ongoing civil suit of

The six terabytes of data secured through international cooperation and seizure search reportedly included recorded data without Kwon's consent.
