It was in the air for about an hour.
Jeonbuk, especially Muju, has a lot of snow.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, as of 11 a.m., Seolcheonbong Peak of Muju Deogyusan Mountain, that is, the top of the mountain is windy at minus 16.1 degrees Celsius and 4.3 meters per second.
At the same time, the temperature of the Muju Deogyusan Observatory, which is relatively below the mountain, was minus 11.5 degrees Celsius, indicating that passengers were exposed to very cold weather.
Every winter, many people visit the mountain to see the snow scene at Seolcheonbong Peak of Muju Deogyusan Mountain.
Deogyusan Resort Gondola is said to be in its 80s, and eight people can ride it.
Therefore, the maximum capacity can be calculated to be over 600 people.
It is said that all the passengers got off at the gondola now.
It seems that they gathered at a restaurant near the Seolcheonbong Gondola Harbour in the ski resort to avoid the cold.Resort
estimates that power has been cut off due to electrical factors, and the facility is being inspected.
After the inspection, it is expected that it will take some more time for the passengers to go down.
