The second round of legal battles over the management rights of Korea Zinc, the world's No. 1 nonferrous metal smelter, has begun.
At 10:30 a.m. today, the Seoul Central District Court will conduct a provisional injunction against Youngpoong's suspension of the tender offer process against Korea Zinc.
