Kim Tae-ho, CEO of Bilibrap, attended a parliamentary audit of the National Assembly and expressed his position on the alleged plagiarism of the group Eyelet.

Representative Kim Tae-ho attended the parliamentary audit of the National Assembly's Culture, Sports and Tourism Committee on the 24th as a witness.

On the same day, CEO Kim Tae-ho explained the suspicion that he plagiarized the concept of New Jeans, saying, "It is not true."

"We have filed a civil and criminal lawsuit against former CEO Min Hee-jin, who filed the case," he said. "We are waiting for the judiciary's judgment."

CEO Kim, who is also in charge of Hive's chief operating officer, apologized, saying, "I'm sorry for causing you a lot of fatigue because of a series of events that happened this year."

At the parliamentary audit on the day, Hive's internal data, which has explicitly evaluated the appearance of various idol groups, was also mentioned. Lawmakers criticized that "appearance evaluation and low-quality expressions are about minors," and that "the report contains impersonal perceptions and attitudes toward idols."

However, during the parliamentary audit, Hive issued an explanatory press release, saying, "This was written as an excerpt of community or social network service (SNS) reactions to share industry trends and issues for reference to a small number of internal personnel, and it is not Hive's position."

He also warned, "We will hold the forces responsible until the end for leaking to the outside to make it look as if Hive made material criticizing the artist by compiling only some provocative content in the report."

After checking Hive's position during the parliamentary inspection, the members of the committee strongly criticized Representative Kim, saying, "Is the National Assembly a pushover?"
