President Yoon said, "North Korea-Russia military cooperation threatens security...Thoroughly prepared countermeasures"

President Yoon Suk Yeol said that illegal military cooperation between North Korea and Russia poses a great threat to our security and emphasized that we will protect our security more strongly.President

Yoon made the remarks in his address to the government's budget for next year, which Prime Minister Han Duck-soo read, today, saying that he will examine all possibilities and come up with thorough measures.

He also said he would make efforts to spread consensus on North Korean human rights at home and abroad, and to spread consensus and support from the international community on the vision of a free and unified Korea.

At the same time, he stressed that it will strengthen cooperation with countries with high growth potential and contribute to resolving global issues, serving as a stepping stone to realize diplomacy as a global central country.

In addition, the government cited the establishment of a comprehensive global strategic alliance by establishing the Korea-U.S. alliance, the operation of an integrated extended deterrence system, and the restoration of Korea-Japan relations as achievements of opening a new diplomatic horizon.
