North Korean defectors from the military produced propaganda materials and delivered them to Ukraine, asking North Korean troops sent to Russia to use them for psychological warfare.
Radio Free North Korea, a media outlet specializing in North Korea, said the "North Korean Propaganda Group" led by Jang Se-yul, head of the Alliance for Korean Unification, was formed and departed for Brussels, Belgium yesterday.
They explained that they will deliver a "how to escape guide" made for North Korean soldiers to Brussels, broadcast propaganda materials, and an open letter to President Zelensky.
Broadcast propaganda materials included North Korean defectors from the military and North Korean mothers who sent their children to the military to persuade North Korean soldiers to defect to the South, and the same data was delivered to the Ukrainian Embassy in Seoul.
