◇ Anchor> According to the recent news, there was also a report that a high-ranking North Korean general was injured. Isn't this the first time you've heard about the injury of a high-ranking North Korean
◆Kim Yeol-soo > That's right. This is the first time. It was found that there were about three high-ranking North Korean generals. One is Kim Young-bok, the deputy chief of the General Staff of the Korean People's Army, who will serve as a general manager of the entire North Korean military, as well as the general manager of guns, shells, and cooperation with Russia's Defense Ministry. Next, he's the Reconnaissance Director named Lee Chang-ho. The reason why he went is because the reconnaissance bureau uses drones, so he went to understand the general status of drones and how they are being used tactically, how they can reintroduce Russian drones in the future. Someone named Lee Chang-ho. And one more person went. He's a brigadier general if he's in our class. In the North Korean class, it's called Major General. He is a commander of the People's Army called Shin Geum-cheol. This person went, and I think people like Kim Young-bok and Lee Chang-ho are the North Korean class, three stars for the Korean class, and a lieutenant general. So there's no way this person is even going to the scene in Kursk now. If you were injured here, Shin Geum-chul, a major general of the People's Army, is very likely to be this person because he should be considered to be the one who manages the North Korean military on the front line. Let's look at it like this.
◇ Anchor> But if we hear about the rise of a high-ranking military general like this, can we observe additional movements such as North Korea's dispatch of troops?
◆Kim Yeol-soo> There could be two ways. What can Kim Jong Un choose? Rather, you can say that you'll be more angry and send it more. And you can wait with the thought that this is a little difficult, but in my view, the possibility of additional dispatch is open. Because what's being said is that Putin will invite Kim Jong-un to hold the Russia-North Korea summit in Moscow. There's a good chance of that. If so, there are many things that Kim Jong-un is supposed to receive from Russia when he goes there. There are advanced military equipment and advanced military technology, and if you get a certain portion of it, there is a possibility that you will send additional troops as a counter benefit. So the fact that a general was injured is a huge loss if it's true, but I don't think it directly affects North Korea's additional dispatch.
