Vietnamese arrested in their 20s who ran away after wielding a weapon against an acquaintance

Pyeongtaek Police Station in Gyeonggi Province arrested a Vietnamese illegal resident in his 20s who wielded a weapon against an acquaintance.

Mr. A is accused of wielding a weapon against Mr. B, a man in his 20s from Vietnam, at around 8:30 p.m. last evening (26th) at a house in Anjeong-eup, Pyeongtaek.Mr.

B was taken to a hospital with a back injury, but his life was not affected.

Mr. A fled immediately after the crime.He was caught in the underground parking lot of a nearby building at around 11:45 p.m., three hours later.

Police are investigating the details of the crime based on witness statements that the two argued about work.
