The first snow was literally a snow bomb all day.
To date, the snow in Seoul is the largest in 117 years since the weather observation in November.
The heavy snow warning has been expanded not only throughout Seoul but also throughout southern Gyeonggi-do, and it snows a lot overnight.
I'm connecting with the reporter. Reporter Park Sojung!
It's November, the snowiest month in Seoul ever.
[Reporter]
That's right.
The snowiest year in Seoul in November so far was 1972.
At that time, it fell 12.4cm, and the official snowfall in Seoul from the night to the present exceeded 18cm.
This is the highest amount in 117 years since weather observations began in 1907.
During the day, a lot of snow fell in Gwanak-gu, and the snowfall reached a maximum of 27.5cm.
Snow is currently concentrated in southern Gyeonggi-do, with 27.9cm in Gunpo, Gyeonggi-do and 23.7cm in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi-do, and now the snowfall is 25.8cm as 4cm accumulated in Suwon in an hour.
It's a heavy snow warning.
In Seoul, a heavy snow warning was issued throughout Seoul from 2:40 p.m. to the southeast area, starting with the northeast area at dawn.
It is the first time in 14 years that the heavy snow warning in Seoul has been issued since January 2010.
In addition to Gwangju and Yangpyeong in Gyeonggi Province, heavy snow warnings have been issued in most of the metropolitan areas, including Suwon, Yongin, Ansan, Gunpo, Uiwang, Gwangmyeong, Bucheon, Gwacheon, Siheung, Anyang, Seongnam, Pyeongtaek, Hanam Anseong, Hwaseong, Osan, and Incheon.
As the evening begins, snow clouds continue to flow from the west, and the places where snowballs have weakened are expected to begin to fall again.
The problem is that the weather is cold and the wind is added to build more snow.
The temperature in Seoul this morning was -1.3 degrees, the lowest this fall, but it hardly rose during the day, and it is getting colder again as the sun goes down, making it colder again at -0.6 degrees.
Strong wind warnings continue to be issued not only in coastal areas, but also in Chungcheong and some inland areas of Gyeonggi Province.

It's just a matter of fact.
The central part of the country will fall up to 20cm by tomorrow?
[Reporter]
That's right.
Another heavy snowfall is expected tonight.
The Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) said that up to 20cm of snow will fall in the mountains and metropolitan areas of Gangwon-do and more than 15cm in Chungcheong-do, Honam-do and Jeju-do by tomorrow,
Especially in southern Gyeonggi Province, it was expected that it could fall as much as 25 cm.
This snow is expected to start to stop gradually tomorrow afternoon.
However, Chungcheong, Honam, and Jeju Island will have snow until the day after tomorrow.
