North Chungcheong Province Governor Kim Young-hwan said on social media today (12th) that "the lawmakers, who are constitutional institutions, should take responsibility and vote for impeachment."

Governor Kim said, "The country cannot stop even a day," adding, "In order to prevent further confusion, the National Assembly should solve the problem through procedures stipulated in the Constitution."

He added, "I feel terrible about this situation and a heavy responsibility."
