National Assembly Speaker Woo Won-sik delivered an official letter to the Democratic Party of Korea to submit a list of members of the special parliamentary investigation committee along with opinions on the scope and duration of the investigation into the emergency martial law incident.

Chairman Woo suggested to both parties that the deadline for answering the official letter is 6 p.m. the day after tomorrow (20th).

Earlier, the Democratic Party of Korea said it would conduct a parliamentary investigation according to Chairman Woo's will, but it is necessary to further discuss whether the power of the people will be effective as the related investigation is already underway.
