Actor Sunwoo Eun-sook's marriage cancellation lawsuit against broadcaster Yoo Young-jae, her ex-husband, was dismissed.
On the afternoon of the 19th, the Suwon Family Court, Seongnam Branch 1 alone, decided to dismiss Sunwoo Eun-sook's decision to cancel the marriage against Yoo Young-jae.
This is because the two have already divorced and there is no reason to proceed with the lawsuit anymore.
Sunwoo Eun-sook remarried Yoo Young-jae in 2022, but was broken up in April.
At that time, Sunwoo Eun-sook filed a lawsuit to cancel the marriage with Seongnam Branch of the Suwon Family Court, saying, "Two days after the divorce, I learned from media reports that Yoo Young-jae hid his common-law marriage and got married."
Sunwoo Eun-sook then claimed, "Yoo Young-jae forcibly molested her biological sister, and this was the decisive moment for her to decide to divorce." Sunwoo Eun-sook filed a lawsuit to cancel the marriage and filed a complaint with the Bundang Police Station against Yoo Young-jae on charges of forced harassment. A trial on Yoo Young-jae's alleged forced harassment is currently underway.
