The Cho Kuk Innovation Party has written and disclosed the impeachment bill of acting President Han Deok-soo, and urged the National Assembly to promulgate the independent counsel law against civil war by the day after tomorrow (24th).

The Innovation Party argued that the acting president made only a "pretend-like opposition" for just a few minutes at a Cabinet meeting before the emergency decree was declared, and that it could only be seen as an implicit sympathy of the emergency decree.
