Gangneung Police Station in Gangwon Province is investigating 60-year-old A for breaking into a jewelry store in the middle of the night and stealing precious metals.

Mr. A is accused of breaking tempered glass with a blunt instrument at a gold and silver shop in Geumhak-dong, Gangneung, at around 2 a.m. yesterday and stealing 33 million won worth of precious metal.

Police identified the description with CCTV, arrested A at a crossing near the new terminal in Hongje-dong about 20 minutes after the incident, and recovered all the stolen precious metals.
