North Korea has launched another trash balloon provocation.

As balloons are sent to South Korea every three days, citizens' fatigue and concerns are growing.

In the midst of this, North Korea has also started to revise the constitution to delete the provisions related to unification.

Pieces of paper fall on the roof of the building.Trash is scattered all over the

street, and police officers collect it one by one.

North Korea's trash balloon drop found in the middle of downtown Seoul.

[Lee Young-cheol / Yeouido-dong, Seoul: I suddenly heard something popping from a nearby building, so I looked up at the sky and saw a black plastic bag falling down. I also thought that if I had been hit directly, I would have been seriously injured.]

North Korea's balloon provocation began in late May and accumulated more than 20 times this year.

More than 120 were sprayed this time, and more than 80 drops were identified in Seoul and northern Gyeonggi Province, and most of the contents were household garbage.

There were no harmful substances, but since there have already been several fire damage, some say that measures are needed to deal with the "heating timer" attached to the balloon to separate the drop.

The county drew a line on some fears of weaponization, saying there is a risk of fire because the timer heating wire contains gunpowder, but it is not at the level of causing an explosion.

[Lee Sung-joon / Joint Chiefs of Staff Press Director: Explosion or bang is a misrepresentation. Please understand that a very small amount of gunpowder helps to melt vinyl.

As such, North Korea, which is increasing the frequency of provocations and threats ahead of the U.S. presidential election next month, convened the Supreme People's Assembly, which is equivalent to our National Assembly, and started to revise the Constitution.

In order to define inter-Korean relations as 'two hostile countries', it is expected that the provisions related to unification will be deleted and territorial regulations will be newly established.

[Koo Byung-sam / Unification Ministry spokesman: Measures related to two hostile countries are expected, but we will watch them at this stage without any prediction.]

North Korea's state media have not yet reported the results of the Supreme People's Assembly, but specific levels of constitutional amendment and additional measures are expected to be disclosed soon.
