President Yoon, who is on a state visit to Singapore, will be a speaker at the Singapore Lecture this afternoon,

Singapore Lecture is a lecture program in which the Southeast Asian Research Institute invites top-level officials visiting the country to listen to speeches under the sponsorship of the Singaporean government.

Starting in 1980, Chinese President Xi Jinping, former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, and Indian Prime Minister Modi also attended as speakers.

President Yun will speak under the theme of 'Vision on the Unification of the Korean Peninsula for the Indo-Pacific of Freedom, Peace and Prosperity'.

The speech is expected to explain the August 15 unified Doctrine and how the unified Korean Peninsula will contribute to the Indo-Pacific region.This is the first time that the

8.15 Unification Doctrine will be released to an overseas audience.

Following this, President Yoon will attend a luncheon meeting with local compatriots to communicate by announcing the results of the Korea-Singapore summit.

At the end of the luncheon meeting, the official schedule in Singapore will end.

President Yoon, who arrived in Singapore two days ago, agreed to establish a strategic partnership next year, and signed a supply chain partnership agreement, will head to Laos, his last country on his trip this evening.

The official schedule includes the ASEAN-Korea Summit, the ASEAN-Korea-China-Japan Summit, and the East Asia Summit,
