Police Commissioner Jo Ji-ho said he would respond firmly to crimes solely in accordance with laws and principles on the occasion of Police Day.

At the 79th anniversary of Police Day, Commissioner Cho said, "We will strictly crack down on illegal practices and corruption to realize the value of fairness and common sense."

In particular, Cho stressed that he will thoroughly track the background groups and illegal profits for new fraudulent crimes and drug and cyber gambling that sicken society to root out the roots of crimes.
