At that time, the perpetrator suddenly flew at the victim on the bicycle, and the victim fell on the spot and suffered a collarbone fracture. The perpetrator reportedly walked away calmly.The perpetrator

attacked a man in his 20s who was driving on a bicycle path on the Dongjak Bridge. The victim fell after being hit in the chest and collarbone, but a major accident was avoided thanks to the helmet.The perpetrator

was caught by the victim while walking away again.

However, the perpetrator was reportedly released after telling the police that he was a victim and that "the bicycle crossed the line and came toward me and kicked me to protect myself."

The wife of the victim in her 50s said, "My husband works as a cook, and this accident has prevented me from using my arms properly for six months to a year. He complained of the damage, saying, "Even at work, we are talking about quitting."

"I heard from another witness that one person had already been kicked flying near Yeouido," he said. "We assaulted three people while moving from Yeouido to the Han River Railway Bridge and Dongjak Bridge."

In this regard, the police have received two reports of assault and are conducting further investigations based on victim statements and closed-circuit (CC) TV.
