President Yoon Orders "Safety of Korean Residents First" On 'Israeli Iran Attack'

After receiving a report from the National Security Office today (26th) on Israel's attack on Iran, President Yoon Suk Yeol stressed that the safety of local Koreans is the top priority.President


Yoon has ordered all necessary measures to be taken in preparation for the deterioration of the situation, the president's office said.

In response, the National Security Office held a security situation inspection meeting attended by Kang In-sun, the second vice foreign minister, and Kim Sun-ho, the second vice foreign minister, and discussed measures to protect overseas citizens.

In addition, it was decided to operate a 24-hour response system at the government level, closely monitor the local situation, and pursue related measures.
