There is a line of broken cars in Teheran-ro near Gangnam Station in Seoul. The white vehicle that caused the

accident backed up regardless of the car coming behind, and this time it drives backwards and rises to the flowerbed.

Despite the citizen's restraint to stop, he runs back again and this time hits a motorcycle.

He waved his hands when he was told to get off, and he hangs a person and backs up.

[Witness: The car was moving. So I thought it was weird, so I kept watching it, and I saw you trying to run away after going back on the chart, so I filmed the video.]

has broken eight vehicles and nine others injured in an accident.

The driver was a woman in her 20s who did not have a driver's license.

He was arrested as a red-handed criminal after he did not get off even after the police arrived.

It was investigated that the woman ran away after hitting a mother who was pushing a stroller with her child in Songpa-gu, Seoul.

Police believe there are no alcohol or drug charges, and are investigating the accident based on the driver's statement that he took tranquilizers.
