At around 9 a.m. today (9th), three buses collided in a series at the Gyeongbu Dongtan Tunnel in the direction of Busan on the Gyeongbu Expressway in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do.Three people were taken to the hospital with minor injuries in the

accident, and two lanes in the tunnel were closed, causing severe congestion for about an hour.

Police believe that buses running on private lanes in the congested section failed to stop in time, resulting in a series of crashes.
