U.S. President-elect Donald Trump says he will not call former U.N. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley and former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo to the next administration.
Trump said on his social media account that he was very happy and grateful to have worked with them in the past.
Former Ambassador Haley served as ambassador to the United Nations during the first Trump administration and resigned after competing with Trump until the end in the Republican presidential race.
Pompeo has held key posts in the Trump administration, including the U.S. Central Intelligence Director and Secretary of State.
