Negotiations to raise funds to respond to the climate crisis are still not making progress, with the United Nations Conference of the Parties to the Climate Change Convention set to close tomorrow.

Developing countries demand public funding from developed countries, saying they need $1 trillion a year to respond to the climate crisis, but developed countries say it is difficult.

AFP reported that the negotiations included $440 billion, $600 billion, and $900 billion, but this was not the amount proposed by the developed countries involved.

Bolivia's delegation said expectations for a breakthrough were gradually decreasing, and that the deal also cost $200 billion.

European countries have been classified as developing countries, but rich countries such as China and Saudi Arabia also insist on participating in fundraising.

In addition, negotiations on reducing greenhouse gas emissions still have not made much progress.

The general meeting will officially close tomorrow, but it is common for negotiations to continue beyond the deadline.
