Amid a lot of snow in the mountainous area of eastern Jeollabuk-do, Kim Kwan-young, governor of Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province, visited the forward snow removal base in Wanju, inspected the equipment, and ordered, "Please respond excessively for the safety of the residents."
