Tomorrow (30th), large gatherings of people will be held in various parts of the metropolitan area, which is expected to cause traffic congestion.
The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency said rallies and marches will be held around Sejong-daero, Sajik-ro and Namdaemun-ro in the afternoon, organized by progressive "National Emergency Action to Deny the Right to Referee."
The police will operate Woojeongguk-ro and Namdaemun-ro on the opposite side of the assembly site, including Sejong-daero and Sajik-ro, as variable lanes, and deploy 140 traffic police officers to manage traffic such as vehicle detours.
The Incheon Metropolitan Police Agency also said that rallies and marches hosted by the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions are scheduled around the same time around Bupyeong-daero and Buheung-ro in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.
Police advised citizens to use public transportation, saying they would place a traffic sign near the site and deploy more than 110 people to manage traffic.
