On the 28th, the second trial ruling, which sentenced Jeon to 13 years in prison, was confirmed as it was, without both Jeon and the prosecution submitting an appeal to the court.
Jeon was indicted on charges of stealing about 3 billion won from 27 people in the name of investment between April last year and October the following year, and assaulting and intimidating Nam Hyun-hee's middle school nephew.
On the 21st, the Seoul High Court sentenced Jeon to 13 years in prison for his poor criminal methods, such as posing as a chaebol and cheating on his gender.
