The fog was thick until morning because there were many places where the snow that fell last week did not melt and was piled up, and the humidity near the ground increased due to the rain in the western area yesterday.

Most of the fog cleared up during the day, but the inflow of smog from China raised the concentration of ultra-fine dust in Seoul, the metropolitan area, and Chungcheongnam-do to a "bad" level.

As the northwest wind blows, the dust moves southeast, and there is a possibility that the concentration of ultra-fine dust will become thicker in the afternoon in Honam and Yeongnam regions.
