In addition, the Democratic Party of Korea filed an additional complaint with the Changwon District Prosecutors' Office against President Yoon Suk Yeol and his wife on charges of violating the Political Fund Act, saying that we should thoroughly investigate who paid for the poll ordered by Myung Tae-kyun during the last presidential election.

The Democratic Party's "Myeong Tae-kyun Gate Fact-Finding Team" said that there were 81 polls planned by Myung for President Yoon during the presidential election, but the National Election Commission had no related accounting data.

He then argued that the money should be investigated to see if it is part of the cost of the poll, citing allegations that Kim Gun-hee handed over money envelopes to Myung on two occasions.

Rep. Yeom Tae-young of the Democratic Party also released a photo of Myung at the villa of Kim, a businessman known as a supporter of Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon, in April last year, shortly after the Changwon area in South Gyeongsang Province was designated as a national industrial complex.

Former lawmaker Kim Young-sun of the People's Power and a close aide to Daegu Mayor Hong Joon Pyo were also present at the meeting, and lawmaker Yeom argued that the investigation was needed, saying they were also suspected of exchanging illegal opinion polls.

In response, the Seoul Metropolitan Government emphasized the existing position that Mayor Oh Se-hoon has not continued any relationship since he met Myung twice with former lawmaker Kim Young-sun, and warned that spreading false information for political purposes should take legal responsibility.

Daegu Mayor Hong Joon Pyo also wrote on social media that he does everything he can to connect with Myung, but there is nothing connected, so look into it thoroughly, and it is unpleasant, so don't weave any more.
