Ha Yoon-soo, superintendent of the Busan Metropolitan Office of Education, who was indicted on charges of pre-election campaigns, has been sentenced to invalidity of the election.
The Supreme Court today (12th) confirmed the court case that sentenced Ha to a fine of 7 million won.
